Toyotauto Parts Return Policy

At Toyotauto Parts, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every genuine Toyota and Lexus part we sell. Below, you'll find our updated return and exchange policy, designed to make returns as straightforward as possible.

30-Day Return Guarantee
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. For any issues with your order, please contact our customer support team to request a Return Authorization.

Conditions for Return
To qualify for a refund or exchange:

  1. An Return Authorization must be requested within 30 days from the delivery date.
  2. All returned items must be in new condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  3. The Return Authorization number provided by Toyotauto Parts must be included with your return.
  4. Electrical parts, custom orders, and special-order items are non-returnable.
  5. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless Toyotauto Parts made an error with your order.

Restocking Fee
Certain items, particularly large or custom parts, may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. The restocking fee is determined on a case-by-case basis and will be communicated to you during the Return Authorization process.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or special-order items
  • Opened or installed parts
  • Items without original packaging or Toyota labels

    What items cannot be returned? Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to:

  • All electrical parts and components.
  • Oils and other automotive chemicals.
  • Bare engine assemblies.
  • Fuel components.
  • Tools.
  • Printed materials.
  • Merchandising aids.
  • Special ordered items.
  • Hazmat labeled parts.
  • Any opened packages or unsealed items.
  • Items unit price is $8.00 or less.
  • Controlled parts: parts that require a VIN for ordering so the manufacturer can ensure the parts belong to the vehicle it is being installed to. Controlled parts include, but are not limited to: emission labels, air bags, and seatbelts.
  • Any item that has been installed, altered, used, or otherwise no longer in brand new condition.
  • Any item not purchased from ToyotAutoParts.com.
  • Any item with the genuine manufacturer label missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable.
  • Any item deemed non-returnable by the manufacturer.

  • Safety items, which include, but are not limited to: air bags, seat belts.

  • International orders are non-returnable. We are unable to warranty parts for international orders.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect all items upon delivery. If any part arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 business days. Our customer service team will assist with initiating a return or replacement, and you may be required to provide photos of the damage. Once verified, we’ll cover return shipping for incorrect or damaged items.

Return Shipping
You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning items, unless the return is due to a Toyotauto Parts error. Please use a reliable shipping carrier and share the tracking information with our team for a smooth process.

Refund and Exchange Processing
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of its acceptance. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Exchanges will be processed and shipped within 2 business days, depending on stock availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error. Before start a return process you must wait for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before ship any product to us.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
