Shipping and Delivery

Fulfillment Terms

  • "In Stock" Items: Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted. Expedited shipping ensures your package ships within 24 hours (weekdays only), provided all items are in stock.
  • Drop Ship Items: Subject to the manufacturer's lead times.
  • Backordered or Out-of-Stock Items: Orders will ship once all items are in stock.

Shipments to the Contiguous 48 US States

  • Orders over $199 qualify for economy shipping within the contiguous 48 US States.
  • Toyotauto Parts will choose the most cost-effective shipping method.
  • If you require a specific carrier, you must select and pay for that option at checkout. Additional insurance or freight charges may apply if requested.

International Shipping Terms & Conditions

  • All prices are in US dollars (USD).
  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees at the time of delivery.
  • Please check with your local customs office for additional information regarding these charges.

Hazardous Items

  • Items labeled as hazardous (e.g., paints, chemicals) can only be shipped via ground shipping to the contiguous 48 US States.
  • Hazardous items will be clearly identified on the product page.

Lost, Undeliverable, Wrong, & Damaged Items

  • Once a package is picked up by the carrier, Toyotauto Parts is no longer liable for the shipment. Any delays or lost packages are the responsibility of the carrier.
  • Undeliverable/Returned Shipments: These will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee.
  • Damaged or Mistakenly Shipped Items: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance. Please keep all original packaging and take photos for claims.
  • Damaged Goods Claims: These are handled through the shipping carrier. Toyotauto Parts will assist customers, but failure to provide photos or retain packaging may disqualify you from replacement or reimbursement.
  • Freight Forwarders: If your package is shipped to a freight forwarder, any damages or missing items must be documented before leaving their facility to be eligible for claims.

Cancellations

  • Customers may cancel unfulfilled orders within 72 hours. A 5% cancellation fee may apply due to payment processing fees.
  • Drop-Shipped Items: These are not eligible for cancellation once processing has begun with the manufacturer.

  • For warranty claims, please contact Toyotauto Parts customer service. Our team is here to assist with your concerns and ensure a resolution.
